Ice fishing is a game where you catch fish in the cold water under the ice in Club Penguin. In this game your objective is to catch as many fish as you can and make as many coins as possible. As you keep playing this game is progressively gets harder.

 

To play this game move your mouse up and down to catch the fish in the water.  All you do is navigate your mouse in and out of the frozen water to pick up fish.

When you are catching fish just click your mouse above the water on the surface and your fish will go into the bucket.

When you are playing ice fishing there are mostly yellow fish in the water. The yellow fish in the water are worth 4 coins each when you catch them above surface. There are also grey fish that are worth double the amount of yellow fish. You can only catch the grey fish if you are a member and are holding the flashing lure fishing rod. Towards the end of the game there is a mullet and if you catch it you will receive an extra 100 coins. Also there is extra worms that you can pickup along the way if you lost any of your worms. If you lose all your worms then your game will be over.

There is several different obstacles that get in your way the farther you get into the game. The game is split into different sections where they add more obstacles to the game. The first section after the begging there is jellyfish added to the game. If you get to close to the jellyfish then they will shock your line and you will lose your worm. The second section after this one is where they add in sharks where they swim around and if your line is in there way you will lose your line and will have to get another one from the can above the surface. The final change towards the end of the game is when they add in the crabs. The crabs can cut your line because they walk on the underneath side of the surface. Occasionally they will come up and snap there claws and if your line is in there way you will lose it to the crabs. Also you will see boots and barrels floating around and if you hit them while you are holding a fish the fish will get loose and swim away.

Towards the end of the game you will start seeing a big fish coming from the shadows and that fish is called the mullet.The mullet will start its way to you when you catch your 60th fish. To catch the mullet you need to keep a fish on your lure so that you can catch the fish. If you see more yellow fish you can still catch them but you have to have a fish on your lure by the time the mullet arrives. The mullet will arrive from the left hand side and will swim very slowly. To catch the mullet all you have to do is lower that fish you have down to its mouth when he comes.

Once you catch the fish the game will end and you will see a screen with all your scores and how many fish you caught.

With speed you can make a lot of coins in a short period of time. This game will take some practice to get use to at first, but once you master this you will make a lot of coins!
