Along with the Club Penguin Halloween Party 2011, I noticed Club Penguin updated the stamp book for this years Halloween Party. This new stamp is called “Trick-or-treat” and as you can see the stamp is green which means it’s an easy stamp to achieve. To obtain this stamp visit 10 Club Penguin igloos which are called “Trick or treat igloo.”

Rookie has sent out a message to all of the Club Penguin EPF Agents! Klutzy is on the loose and he is to be brought in for questioning as soon as possible. If you spot him on the island, be sure to report it as soon as you see him!

In the mist of all the hype over the Club Penguin Halloween Party, I’ve decided to release a list of items that will actually be arriving for the November 2011 Party as well. There has not been an official Party Name release at this point, but there has been some speculation on the “Club Penguin Card Jitsu Party 2011″. I’ve managed to find a list of item names located in the Club Penguin Items file that are extremely Card Jitsu themed based on their names actually:

Although, if it does show up I would expect these items to be in the Martial Artworks Catalog or the Club Penguin Style Clothing Catalog November 2011.

I’ve managed to scramble around through a few Club Penguin SWFs to find the new Gary Background that will be available to all the players who are lucky enough to find Gary on Club Penguin.
It features a newly designed Gary Styled Penguin holding blueprints for an invention that he has made. As always, this mascot background is signed by the mascot to whom it belongs to. If you would like to track Gary, use our 100% accurate Gary Tracker. We will be tracking Gary and giving his location from October 20th until November 1st. Be sure to check back regularly for any updates that we find on Gary!
The monster maker catalog is located deep within the dark chamber inside of the monster room on Club Penguin.
If you open up the catalog and click the M in monster you will unlock the hidden mummy costume:

There has been a new Field Ops released by Gary the Gadget Guy on Club Penguin. This is officially Club Penguin Field Ops 52! It features a mission in which you must check all the computers to make sure they’re secure. We must be certain Herbert’s security won’t fail.
Please follow these steps in order to complete your mission and receive your EPF Medals.
First you must stay in the EPF Command Room to activate this field ops. Once you walk over to the System Defender, your EPF Phone will blink green. Click on it to begin your mission and to crack the code.
This weeks Field Ops you must repair the system to unlock your EPF medals to complete Field Ops 52.
Congratulations, you have completed Club Penguin Field Ops 52 to receive your reward.

The Halloween Party 2011 has been released to the island! This party features free items that we can collect as well as some really cool rooms that only come to the island during Halloween. Also arriving at the island for this years will be Gary the mascot that designs a lot of Club Penguin’s creations and will be waddling around meeting penguins and giving his background away.
Club Penguin has redesigned several rooms to look like a really Halloween! Check out some of these Halloween rooms from this years Halloween Party!

Also, along with these updates on the normal Club Penguin rooms there has been a couple of cool spooky rooms added to the island. The Dark Chamber and the Haunted House also have arrived to the island for the Halloween Party.
The Haunted House can be located from the forest and it’s a big house where you can find a cool new free item. From the entrance of the Haunted house you can access the Secret Laboratory where you can play with the Monster Maker 3000:

There has been a new play added to the island of Club Penguin. This new play is completely about Halloween and is a very spooky and different play arriving to the island of Club Penguin. Below are the cheats to the Costume Trunk catalog for the new play Night of The Living Sled.
