Welcome back to another official Club Penguin Cheatsy contest. This time around, we’ll be making things interesting, and a little more competitive. I’d like to introduce you to the Club Penguin Cheatsy Caption Contest 2012! Below is a complete guide on how to enter, what you’ll win, and how to increase your chances on winning.

How to enter:

Step 1 – Use the picture below this step, study it intensely, and decide on what you think Aunt Arctic is saying. Once you’ve conjured up something creative, funny, or interesting, add your caption to the first line of your comment. But wait! You’re not done…There’s ways to earn more points during the contest. But first, go ahead and think of your caption and put it on the first line of your comment. Don’t post it yet though, if you’re looking to gain a better chance of winning the membership. Scroll back up here and proceed to step 2 after you’re done with your caption.

Step 2 – Step 2 involves an extra step that is worth some more points in the contest. It also requires you to have a Twitter account. If you’re not signed up on Twitter, you can learn how to join by clicking here. If you already have a Twitter account, this step is simple, all you have to do is click the image below and tweet the tweet it gives you. Alternatively, you can copy and paste the exact tweet in the text box below the image to Twitter. Once you’ve tweeted, add this to the second line of your comment on this post, “Tweeted”. If you do not wish to complete this step, you may skip it. Now, move on to the final step; step 3.

Step 3 – The final and probably most difficult step to some. This steps require you to have a website/blog of your own. All you need to do is copy the following code into an html section on your website:

Once you’ve added the link to your site, add “Linked” to the third line of your comment. If you’ve completed each step thus far, your comment should look like this:

How to increase your chances of winning:

• Each step is worth 25 points, you do not HAVE TO complete each step, but the more steps you complete, the better chance you have of winning. A winner will be picked from the group of people who complete each step.
• If you’re not able to complete any steps other than the caption step, you may leave more than one caption. Each caption must be in a separate comment. Each caption is worth 1 point.

What will I win?

Usually when we do these contest, we give out a code for you to redeem. This time, we’ll be picking ONE winner and we’ll buy them a membership personally. Now, when the winner is picked we’ll email you since we’ll need your penguin name and a temporary password so that we may add the membership to the account. Once the membership is added, you may change your password back to normal. That being said, you must be 13+ old or have parent permission to enter this contest. You’ll also have the chance to go for double or nothing, which is when we provide one final challenge and you can choose to take it or walk out with your membership. Taking the challenge will give you the opportunity to win ONE more membership for you or a friend, but if you lose, you get nothing.

Bonus:

If you refer a friend to this page, it’s worth an extra 25 points. Just ask them to complete the challenges and make a fourth line “Referred by: {your name}”. This way, you’ll have a chance to win and they will too. And possibly, either of you could go for double or nothing to help the other win as well.
